DAYMARK

Terms of use

The working guidelines for using Daymark with your team.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

About the service

Daymark is operated by Sina Momenzadeh. It provides task management, daily planning, team workspaces and optional calendar imports. Access is by invitation from a workspace owner. Questions about the service can be sent to sina@daymark.team.

Accounts and workspace access

Use your own invited email address and keep sign-in codes private. Only access workspaces and records you have permission to use. Workspace owners and authorised administrators manage staff access and can change or remove it.

Work information and responsible use

Only enter, upload or import information you are authorised to use and share with the destination workspace. Follow your organisation’s requirements for confidential information. Do not use Daymark to bypass another person’s access controls, distribute harmful content or interfere with the service.

Connected calendars

Calendar connections are optional and read-only. By selecting a source calendar and destination workspace, you choose where its imported tasks will be visible. Preview your rules before enabling automatic imports. You can pause or disconnect through Settings; imported work records remain unless separately removed.

Category and priority matching follows configured rules. Review results where a task’s urgency, timing or classification matters. Provider availability, revoked permissions, account policies and authorisation expiry can interrupt syncing. Google and Microsoft services remain subject to their own terms.

Your work and privacy

You and your organisation retain your existing rights in the content you provide. Daymark processes it to provide the service as described in the Daymark Privacy Policy. Contact your workspace owner or the privacy contact for access, correction and deletion requests.

Service changes and support

Daymark may receive updates, maintenance and fixes. Contact sina@daymark.team to report a problem. These terms and the privacy policy will be updated when the service’s operation materially changes.
